2. Services
The Agency provides tourism services, mainly guided tours and excursions in Arequipa and the Colca Canyon region (e.g., 2-day/1-night and 3-day/2-night tours) as listed on the Website.
The specific details of each contracted service (itinerary, price, inclusions/exclusions, schedules, pickup point) will be confirmed by the Agency in writing once the booking is accepted.
3. Bookings and Payments
Bookings are made through the Website or through any other communication channels authorized by the Agency.
Full or partial payment may be required before the start of the service.
The Agency reserves the right to cancel any booking if payment is not made within the stated deadlines.
4. Changes and Cancellations
The Client may request changes or cancellations within the time limits and conditions indicated in the booking confirmation.
The Agency reserves the right to cancel a service due to force majeure, adverse weather, safety issues, or other reasons beyond its control. In such cases, the Client will be offered an equivalent alternative or a full refund of the amount paid.
If the Client cancels after the established deadline, cancellation fees or penalties may apply according to the Agency’s internal policy.
5. Liability
The Agency confirms that it holds the necessary permits, licenses, and qualified guides to operate tours in the Colca Canyon and surrounding areas.
However, participation in tours is voluntary and involves inherent risks such as altitude, transportation, or weather conditions.
The Agency shall not be held responsible for any injury, accident, loss, delay, or damage arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control (e.g., natural events, third-party negligence, or unforeseen changes in itinerary).
In any case, the Agency’s liability will not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the contracted service.
6. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to:
Provide true, complete, and accurate information when making a booking (full name, contact details, health conditions, etc.).
Comply with schedules, pickup points, and instructions provided by the Agency or tour guide.
Follow all safety and environmental guidelines given by Agency personnel.
Take care of personal belongings throughout the duration of the tour.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Website (texts, photographs, videos, graphics, design, and logos) is the property of the Agency or third parties who have authorized its use.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify this content without prior written authorization.
You may use the content solely for personal and non-commercial purposes.
8. Personal Data Protection
The Agency may collect personal data (name, phone number, email, etc.) for the purpose of managing bookings, communication, and service delivery.
Data will be processed in accordance with Peruvian law and used exclusively for these purposes.
